My Process

  • 01 - Getting Started

    Reach out and let me know about your project. We’ll talk about the design, how many pages it is, your timeline, and pricing.

    Once ready to book in you’ll sign the contract and put down a 50% deposit to hold the dates in my calendar.

  • 02 - Design

    You’ll design all of the pages of the website and have them approved by your client before handing them off for development.


    If you have any questions on what’s possible while designing reach out and ask and I’ll let you know.


    For software I prefer Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.

  • 03 - Handover

    Before the development start date I’ll need:
    - Access to the Figma or XD design file

    - Google Drive or Dropbox link with all files

    - Branding: logos, font files

    - Copy and images not provided on the design file - such as FAQs, testimonials, slideshows

    - Log in info for connecting the domain

    - A video walkthrough going over functionality and creative direction

  • 04 - Development

    Development takes 2-3 weeks.

    - I’ll build out the header, footer and homepage on desktop and mobile

    - I’ll send it to you for revisions

    - I’ll implement your revisions and do the remaining pages on desktop and mobile

    - I’ll send the finished site to you for your and the client’s final revisions

    - I’ll make those final revisions, connect the domain and finalize the site for launch

  • 05 - Support

    I do custom walkthrough videos for the client so they know how to maintain the site. I also provide info on things to do after launch such as registering with Google Search Console.


    The project fee remainder is due at this time and you’ll have two weeks post support for any small issues or tweaks that arise.
